The open plan living/dining room, separate kitchen and kingsize master bedroom gives the apartment a spacious feel. The bedroom is closed off by the living area with a stylish curtain. The living/dining area benefits from good quality furnishings and has ample seating to relax and watch TV, or sit at the dining table and enjoy a romantic meal in. Through the hallway off the living area is the kitchen, which has everything you need to cook up a scrumptious meal. The main shower room is accessed through a shutter style door and has a shower and toilet. Outside, guests can sit and enjoy some fresh air in the courtyard. There is on road parking and local car parks available nearby.

Mount Pleasant is a stones’ throw from the main town of Brixham, where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the infamous Brixham harbour where the seafood doesn’t get much fresher. If pleasant walks with the dog and stunning views are what you are looking for, Berry Head is around 1½ miles away, and Breakwater Beach is just over a mile away.
